Before You Order
Do I need my final guest list to order?
No, and almost nobody does. Order now and send your names and table assignments once they are settled. There is no deadline, and nothing expires. Your proof follows within three business days of your list reaching us, with two revisions included.
What form can my guest list be in?
Whatever you already have. A spreadsheet, a document, a list pasted into the form, or typed in by hand. All we need beside each name is the table it belongs to. If your planner keeps the list, send it exactly as they gave it to you and we will read it.
How many guests does the chart fit?
Comfortably up to 200. If your list runs larger, tell us your count when you send your details and we will confirm the best approach before we set your chart.
How are the names arranged?
Alphabetically, by guest, with the table number set beside each name. Guests scan for themselves instead of reading through every table in order, which is the whole reason the chart is built this way.
Can the chart be printed and shipped?
Yes. At 24 by 36 inches this piece is best handled by a printer built for large format, so it ships mounted when you choose the printed and shipped add on above.
What if I want a change after I see my proof?
Two revisions are included on this piece. If something does not match what you sent us, that is our error, it is corrected at no charge, and it never counts against your two.
What if my guest list changes after I approve the proof?
Tell us and we will reset the names. Late moves are normal, and two included revisions cover most of them. If a list keeps shifting and you need more rounds than that, we will tell you what it costs before anyone does the work. If you chose a printed chart, the print order is placed once you approve your proof, and the printed board cannot be changed after that, so approve it once your list is final.
Does this include the Welcome Sign?
No. The Seating Chart is one piece. The Welcome Sign and eleven more day-of pieces are in The Day-Of Suite, shown above.
Can I get my seating chart printed?
Yes. Choose foam board or canvas at the top of this page. We set your chart and proof it exactly as we do the digital file, and once you approve the proof, our partner press prints it at 24×36 and ships it free within the contiguous United States or Canada. The digital file is still yours as well.
How is it shipped and packaged?
By free ground shipping, in plain packaging with no press branding and no prices on the box or the packing slip. After you approve your proof, foam board and canvas both take two to four business days to print, then two to four days in transit. You receive tracking when it ships. We cannot promise a delivery date, so leave room before your wedding.
What if it arrives damaged?
Open it the day it arrives. If the board or canvas is damaged, or there is a print defect, photograph it and email us within seven days of delivery, and we arrange a free reprint. The print matches the proof you approved, so read every name before you approve it.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Printed foam board and canvas charts ship free to Canada, in the same plain packaging, and the same seven-day window applies: photograph any damage or print defect within seven days of delivery and we arrange a free reprint. Alaska, Hawaii and countries outside the US and Canada are not covered for now. Anywhere else, the digital file works. It is the same chart, as a print-ready PDF at 24×36.
