After checkout you send us the details for the Guest List & Seating stage. Your proof follows within three business days of those details reaching us. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy, so nothing runs against you while you gather. Your print-ready files arrive as soon as you approve that proof. Because every piece is set around your names and your date, a stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can't be refunded.
