The Reception Deluxe Suite: fifteen coordinated Enchanted Forest pieces, in print and on screen. Everything in the Essentials Suite (invitation, save the date, RSVP, details card and both mobile pieces), plus your menu, table numbers 1 to 20, place cards, favor tags, favor sign, food labels, bar menu, guest book sign and cards and gifts sign.
It arrives in four stages, across your engagement. Save-the-dates as soon as you like. Your invitation suite three to four months out. Your day-of details one to two months out, once the caterer confirms. Your place cards about three weeks out, once RSVPs close. Each stage is set, proofed and delivered on its own. Your invitations are printed and posted long before the reception pieces begin, and you never wait on the next stage to receive the last one.
Every stage is proofed within two business days of its details reaching us, three at Guest List & Seating, and every stage includes two rounds of refinements. Four stages, eight separate rounds. Nothing runs against a clock while you gather, and there’s no deadline for sending anything.

Numbers 1 through 20 come with the suite, set in the collection's own vine-wrapped artwork. Tell us how many tables you have, or whether you'd rather they read as table names, and we set them for you at the Day-Of Details stage. They don't wait on your guest list, so there's no reason to hold them back. If you need more than twenty tables, add-ons extend the set to 30 or 40.
Yes. The Grand Wedding Suite ($249.99) includes 27 pieces in the same Enchanted Forest design, adding Welcome Sign, Seating Chart, Program, Timeline, Unplugged Sign, Vellum Wrap, Belly Band, Envelope Liner, Envelope & Address Label Kit, Thank You Card, and the ThornBloom Wedding Website (free) on top of everything in Reception Deluxe. You can also purchase individual matching pieces separately to extend your suite piece-by-piece.
Yes, and many couples do print the smaller pieces at home on a high-quality six-ink photo printer such as the Epson EcoTank ET-8500 or a comparable Canon PIXMA. Use heavyweight cardstock (80 to 110 lb, matte or satin) for invitations, menus, and place cards. Signs at 5×7 and 8×10 print cleanly on 110lb or heavier stock. For a printed and shipped option arranged through the studio's printing partners, email info@thornbloomstudio.com for a quote. Paper stock and finish are confirmed with you at quote time.

The Reception Deluxe is set in four stages, and each is proofed within two business days of its own details reaching us. Place cards take three business days, since they're set once RSVPs close. After checkout you send us the details for the each stage stage. Your proof follows within two business days of those details reaching us. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy, so nothing runs against you while you gather. Your print-ready files arrive as soon as you approve that proof. Because every piece is set around your names and your date, a stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can't be refunded.
