Your mobile pieces are set from the details you send at each stage, and your proof follows within two business days of those details reaching us. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy. Two revisions are included per piece, and your finished files follow once you approve the proof. A stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can’t be refunded. The Mobile Save the Date is a stationery piece: full-bleed artwork set with your names and date by the studio, proofed by a person, and delivered as an image you send by text, email or social. The save the date on your wedding website is the first phase of the site itself: a page at your own link with your names, the date, the city, a countdown and Add to Calendar, which later becomes your full wedding website. Most couples send the Mobile Save the Date and share the link alongside it.
