The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy, so nothing runs against you while you gather. Two revisions are included per piece, and your finished files follow once you approve the proof. Because every piece is set around your names and your date, a stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can't be refunded.
