The Reception
Deluxe.

Fifteen pieces covering invitations through reception: Invitation, Save the Date, RSVP, Details Card, Mobile Invitation, Mobile Save the Date, Menu, Table Numbers (1 to 20), Place Cards, Favor Tags, Favor Sign, Food Labels, Bar Menu, Guest Book Sign, and Cards & Gifts Sign. All in the Enchanted Forest design, print-ready at 300 DPI.

The Essentials Suite is the six core invitation pieces. Reception Deluxe adds everything you need for the table and the venue: menus, table numbers, place cards, favor tags, food labels, bar menu, and three reception signs. If you know you will need table pieces and signage, Reception Deluxe saves you from adding them individually later.

You send us your details at each stage and our studio sets every piece around them. Save-the-dates go first (just names, date and venue city); invitations, menus and day-of pieces follow when your wording, guest list and menu are ready. A person checks every piece before delivery, and you approve a proof before anything is finalized. No editing software, no accounts, nothing to learn.

ThornBloom Studio personalizes. It doesn’t redesign. Your names, date, venue, guest names, menu items and wording are set into the design for you, and the artwork, palette and typography stay as they are. We don’t offer one-off custom design work. The Enchanted Forest artwork, in deep greens, gilded gold and woodland botanicals, stays as designed.

Yes. Pieces like the Welcome Sign, Seating Chart, Program, and Envelope Liner are available as individual add-ons from the collection page. Or upgrade to The Grand Wedding Suite, which includes all of those plus the Wedding Website, wrapping pieces, and thank-you cards.

Yes. Choose Inquire For Pricing on this page, and we will reply by email within two business days with a written price for the pieces you pick and your quantities. The studio's printing partners print the invitation, save the date, RSVP card, details card, menu card, table numbers, place cards, favor tags, favor sign, food labels, bar menu and signs, and your mobile pieces stay digital. The save the date can also be printed as a magnet, as well as the card or instead of it, so just tell us which you would like when you inquire. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof, and what you approve is exactly what gets printed. Paper stock and finish are confirmed with you in your quote. Printed orders ship to the United States and Canada only, and your quote will spell out shipping. We cannot promise a delivery date, so ask early if your date is close. You can ask before or after you buy your suite, and whatever you decide, your print-ready files and mobile pieces are yours.

Your proof follows within two business days of your details reaching us at each stage. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy, so nothing runs against you while you finalize your guest list and menu. Your files arrive as soon as you approve. Because every piece is set around your names and your date, a stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it cannot be refunded. Any file or delivery problem is ours to put right. Email info@thornbloomstudio.com.
