The Reception
Deluxe.

Fifteen pieces covering invitations through reception: Wedding Invitation, Save the Date, Reply Card, Details Card, Mobile Wedding Invitation, Mobile Save the Date, Dinner Menu, Table Numbers (1 to 20), Place Cards, Favor Tags, Favor Sign, Food Labels, Bar Menu, Guest Book Sign, and Cards & Gifts Sign. All in smoke black, gunmetal and one cut of deep wine, in Silver or Rose, print-ready at 300 DPI.

The Essentials Suite is the six core invitation pieces. Reception Deluxe adds everything you need for the table and the venue: menu, table numbers, place cards, favor tags, food labels, bar menu, and two reception signs. If you know you'll need table pieces and signage, Reception Deluxe saves you from adding them individually later.

You send us your details at each stage and our studio sets every piece around them. Save-the-dates go first, just names, date and venue city, invitations, menus and day-of pieces follow when your wording, guest list and menu are ready. A person checks every piece before delivery, and you approve a proof before anything is finalized. No editing software, no accounts, nothing to learn.

The palette, typography and artwork are the design, smoke black, gunmetal, one cut of deep wine, and they stay exactly as they are. What changes is your details, your names, date, venue, guest names, menu items and wording, and your Silver or Rose choice. Every piece is typeset by the studio and proofed before it's final.

Yes. The Welcome Sign, Seating Chart, the Order of the Evening and the Unplugged Ceremony Sign are part of the Day-Of Suite, and the Program, Invitation Wrap and both Thank You Cards are part of the Grand Wedding Suite, which includes everything in this suite plus the ThornBloom Wedding Website. Both suites are available in the Obsidian Vow collection.

Yes. Choose Inquire For Pricing on this page, and we will reply by email within two business days with a written price for the pieces you pick and your quantities. The studio's printing partners print the invitation, save the date, reply card, details card, dinner menu, table numbers, place cards, favor tags, favor sign, food labels, bar menu and signs, and your mobile pieces stay digital. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof, and what you approve is exactly what gets printed. Paper stock and finish are confirmed with you in your quote. Printed orders ship to the United States and Canada only, and your quote will spell out shipping. We cannot promise a delivery date, so ask early if your date is close. You can ask before or after you buy your suite, and whatever you decide, your print-ready files and mobile pieces are yours.

Your proof follows within two business days of your details reaching us at each stage, three for the place cards, since they wait on your guest list. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy. Your files arrive as soon as you approve. Because every piece is set around your names and your date, a stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can't be refunded. Any file or delivery problem is ours to put right, email info@thornbloomstudio.com.
