The Essentials,
and the Room

15 coordinated pieces, in print and on screen: your invitation, save the date, RSVP card, details card and both mobile pieces, plus your menu, table numbers 1 to 20, place cards, favor tags, favor sign, food labels, bar menu, guest book sign, and cards and gifts sign. All of them are set by our studio around your details and delivered as print-perfect PDFs.

ThornBloom Studio personalizes. It doesn't redesign. Your names, date, venue and wording are set into the design for you, and the artwork, palette and typography stay as they are, because that's what holds a collection together across every piece and what makes it print properly on dark stock. We don't offer one-off custom design work. What we offer instead is a growing library of collections, each one a complete world.

Numbers 1 through 20 come with the suite, set in the collection's own vine-wrapped artwork. Tell us how many tables you have, or whether you'd rather they read as table names, and we set them for you at the Day-Of Details stage. They don't wait on your guest list, so there's no reason to hold them back. If you need more than twenty tables, add-ons extend the set to 30 or 40.

Digital delivery is the default, with print ready PDFs included. Most of the lineup can also be printed and shipped through the studio's printing partners. Email info@thornbloomstudio.com with your collection, suite or pieces, rough quantities, wedding date and destination, and we will reply with a quote. We ship to the United States and Canada. Large format signs are best handled by a professional printer. The studio's printing partners can arrange this, mounting included; email info@thornbloomstudio.com for a quote.

Both. Digital files are the default: print-perfect PDFs at 300 DPI with bleed marks, set by the studio around your details. Most of the lineup can also be printed and shipped through the studio's printing partners by quote: email info@thornbloomstudio.com with your collection, suite or pieces, rough quantities, wedding date and destination, and we will reply with a quote. The 5x7 magnet save the dates and the Seating Chart print add-on are listed with an all in price that includes printing and shipping. Printed orders ship to the United States and Canada only. The wedding website is digital only and is never printed.

Each suite is theme-specific. The artwork is tied to one collection (e.g., Enchanted Forest). When Dark Romance and other realms launch, they'll be separate suite products with their own artwork. You can purchase suites in multiple realms; each is a separate purchase.

As long as you need. There's no deadline and no expiry. Send each stage's details whenever you have them, whether that's next month or two years from now. Couples plan a long way ahead, dates move, and engagements stretch; a cutoff would only catch the people who most needed us to still be here. Your order stays open, and there's no extra charge for a long gap.
