Do I need my final details to order?
No. Order now and send your names, date and venue when you are ready. There is no deadline, and nothing expires. Your proof follows within two business days of your details reaching us, with two revisions included.
What does the sign say?
Your names, your date and your venue, set into the design exactly as shown. The photography, the colors and the layout stay as designed; what we set is your wording.
Silver or Rose?
Where a size offers both, you choose one edition. At 24×36 the sign comes in Silver or Rose, to sit with the rest of your suite. The 18×24 sign has one design that suits both editions, so there is nothing to choose there.
Which size do I need?
24×36 for an entrance or anywhere guests see it from a distance. 18×24 for a doorway, the bar or a smaller room. Your digital files include both, and you can order up to two printed signs in one order if they differ in size or artwork.
Which printed material should I choose?
Foam board is light, rigid and made for an easel. Canvas is stretched and mounted, ready to hang or stand, and keeps well after the day. PVC is 3mm rigid PVC, waterproof, made for outdoor ceremonies.
What if I want a change after I see my proof?
Two revisions are included on this piece. If something does not match what you sent us, that is our error, it is corrected at no charge, and it never counts against your two.
Is an easel included?
No, the easel is not included.
How is it shipped and packaged?
By free ground shipping, in plain packaging with no prices on the box or the packing slip. After you approve your proof, printing takes about two to four business days, then about two to four days in transit. You receive tracking when it ships. We cannot promise a delivery date, so leave room before your wedding.
What if it arrives damaged?
Open it the day it arrives. If the sign is damaged, or there is a print defect, photograph it and email us within seven days of delivery, and we arrange a free reprint. The print matches the proof you approved, so read every line before you approve it.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Printed signs ship free to Canada, in the same plain packaging, and the same seven-day window applies. Alaska, Hawaii and countries outside the US and Canada are not covered for now. Anywhere else, the digital files work: the same sign, as print-ready PDFs.
