The Obsidian Vow Reception Deluxe

From the envelope to the last table. The world that arrives in the post is the same world waiting on the tables: the same smoke black, the same gunmetal line, the same single cut of deep wine, carried all the way through the evening.

The Obsidian Vow Reception Deluxe is fifteen coordinated pieces, in print and on screen. It includes everything in the Essentials Suite (your save the date, invitation, reply card and details card, plus a mobile save the date and mobile invitation) and nine reception pieces built for the day itself: your dinner menu, table numbers 1 through 20, place cards, favor tags, favor sign, food labels, bar menu, guest book sign and cards & gifts sign.

Choose Silver or Rose when you send your details, the same fifteen pieces, two ways to tell the story.

How It Works

1. Choose your suite. Add the Obsidian Vow Reception Deluxe to your collection and check out securely.
2. Send your details: names, date, venue, wording, table and guest information, whenever each stage’s answers exist.
3. We personalize, you approve a proof. The studio sets every piece for you; a person checks it before anything is final.
4. Receive your ready-to-print files: print-perfect PDFs at 300 DPI with bleed for the print pieces, plus your mobile pieces ready to send.

Delivery

This suite arrives across four stages. Save the dates as soon as you like. Your invitation suite three to four months out, once your wording is settled. Your day-of details (menu, table numbers, food labels, favor sign, bar menu, guest book and cards & gifts signs) one to two months out, once the caterer confirms. Your place cards about three weeks out, once RSVPs close. Each stage is set, proofed and delivered on its own: your invitation is printed and posted long before the reception pieces begin, and you never wait on the next stage to receive the last one. Every stage is proofed within two business days of its details reaching us (three at Guest List & Seating), and every stage includes two revisions per piece. Studio errors are always free, and nothing expires. Need more changes than this? Reply to your proof email and we’ll talk it through.

Printing

Print pieces arrive as print-perfect PDFs at 300 DPI with bleed; mobile pieces as high-resolution images. Most pieces can also be printed and shipped through the studio’s printing partners, by quote, with mounting on the signs. Email info@thornbloomstudio.com with the pieces you would like printed, rough quantities, your wedding date and your destination, and the studio will reply with a quote. Printed orders ship to the United States and Canada only.
