This is our most complete Obsidian Vow offering: twenty-seven coordinated pieces, all personalized and set for you, plus your own wedding website. It includes everything in the Reception Deluxe (in this suite your Reply Card carries a QR code), plus your welcome sign, seating chart, program and order of the evening, your unplugged sign, your invitation wrap, your envelope liner and your guests’ addresses printed onto the envelopes themselves, the digital RSVP with QR code, both a print and a digital thank-you card, and your own ThornBloom Wedding Website in the matching Obsidian Vow theme.
Your website builds itself the moment you add your details. You fill everything in from your own dashboard and the site assembles itself. Nothing to set up, and you can change it as often as you like.

How It Works
- Choose your suite. Add the Obsidian Vow Grand Wedding Suite to your collection and check out securely.
- Send your details: each stage’s information, whenever it exists. Nothing needs to be decided today.
- We personalize, you approve a proof. The studio sets every stationery piece for you; a person checks it before anything is final.
- Receive your ready-to-print files, and your website live: print-perfect PDFs at 300 DPI with bleed, mobile pieces as screen-ready images, your website building itself from your own dashboard.
Delivery
Everything else in this suite unfolds alongside your engagement, across five stages: save-the-dates whenever you like, your invitation suite three to four months out, day-of details one to two months out, your guest list and seating about three weeks out, and thank-yous after the wedding. Nothing here needs to be decided today, and we write to you as each stage comes due. Every stage is proofed within two business days of its details reaching us (three at Guest List & Seating). Five stages, each proofed before anything is final, with two revisions per piece throughout. Need more changes than this? Reply to your proof email and we’ll talk it through. Studio errors are always free, and nothing expires.
Printing
Printed pieces arrive as print-perfect PDFs at 300 DPI with bleed, and mobile pieces as high-resolution images. Most pieces can also be printed and shipped through the studio’s printing partners, by quote, including the large-format signs with mounting, the invitation wrap and the envelope liner. Email info@thornbloomstudio.com with the pieces you would like printed, rough quantities, your wedding date and your destination, and the studio will reply with a quote. Printed orders ship to the United States and Canada only. Your wedding website is digital only and is never printed.

The Grand Wedding Suite is set in five stages across your engagement: save-the-dates whenever you like, your invitation suite at three to four months, day-of details at one to two months, your guest list and seating about three weeks out, and thank-yous after the wedding. You send each stage's details when you have them, we set that stage within two business days, and every stage includes two revisions per piece. Five stages, each proofed before anything is final.
Yes. In the Grand Wedding Suite, your printed Reply Card is set with a QR code so guests can also reply on your wedding website, alongside the separate Digital RSVP Card built for a phone screen. In the Reception Deluxe alone, you choose between a write-in card on Stone Stock or the QR version. The Grand Wedding Suite standardizes on the QR version because it already includes your wedding website to reply on.
No. Obsidian Vow's Invitation Wrap is a belly band only, an 11.5×1.5in wrap in smoke black and gunmetal that holds your invitation, reply card and details card together as one clean stack. Obsidian Vow's aesthetic doesn't use vellum, so this suite includes the belly band alone.

The Grand Wedding Suite is set across five stages, from save-the-date to thank-you. Each stage is proofed within two business days of its own details reaching us (three at Guest List & Seating), and each includes two revisions per piece. After checkout you send us the details for each stage, and your proof follows within two business days of those details reaching us. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy. Your print-ready files arrive as soon as you approve that proof, and your website is live from the moment you add your own details. A stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can't be refunded.
