The Obsidian Vow Day-Of Suite

Walk in and the room is already cold, already expensive, already exactly what she pictured. A welcome sign that says nothing more than it has to, a seating chart lit like a held breath, small signs at the bar and the guest book, each one carrying the same restraint through the whole reception.

The Obsidian Vow Day-Of Suite is thirteen pieces for the day itself, in full-bleed smoke black and gunmetal with one cut of deep wine. It includes the welcome sign in two sizes (a photo-led 24×36 and a quieter, text-first 18×24), your seating chart, the order of the evening, the bar menu, and the guest book, cards and gifts, unplugged and favor signs, plus your dinner menu, table numbers 1 through 20, place cards, favor tags and food labels.

Choose Silver or Rose when you send your details. The welcome sign is the only piece in this suite the colorway visibly changes; everything else in smoke black, gunmetal and deep wine reads the same in either.

How It Works

1. Choose your suite. Add the Obsidian Vow Day-Of Suite to your collection and check out securely.
2. Send your details: wording, table and guest information, whenever each stage’s answers exist.
3. We personalize, you approve a proof. The studio sets every piece for you; a person checks it before anything is final.
4. Receive your ready-to-print files: print-perfect PDFs at 300 DPI with bleed, at each piece’s finished size.

Delivery

This suite is set in two stages, both close to the wedding, because that’s when the answers exist. Your Day-Of Details stage (the welcome sign, order of the evening, bar menu, unplugged, favor, guest book and cards & gifts signs, plus your menu, table numbers and food labels) is proofed within two business days of that stage’s details reaching us. Your Guest List & Seating stage (the seating chart and place cards) takes three business days, because arranging a guest list into a chart properly takes longer than setting a bar list. Both stages carry two revisions per piece included, studio errors are always free, and nothing expires. Need more changes than this? Reply to your proof email and we’ll talk it through. Printing

The studio’s printing partners can print and ship the pieces in this suite, by quote. Large-format signs are best handled by a professional printer, and the printing partners can arrange this, mounting included. Email info@thornbloomstudio.com with the pieces you would like, rough quantities, your wedding date and your destination, and the studio will reply with a quote. Printed orders ship to the United States and Canada only. Your print-ready PDFs are part of every delivery.
