The Enchanted Forest Day-Of Suite: thirteen pieces for the day itself, in full-bleed woodland artwork. The welcome sign comes in two sizes (24×36 and 18×24), plus your seating chart, the timeline, the bar menu, and the guest book, cards and gifts, unplugged and favor signs, your menu, table numbers 1 to 20, place cards, favor tags and food labels.
Signage is set close to the wedding, because that’s when the answers exist. Your ceremony order, timeline and bar list come one to two months out; your seating chart about three weeks out, once RSVPs have closed. Order now and it waits for you. We’ll write to you as each stage comes due, so it isn’t one more thing you’re tracking alone.
Day-Of Details is proofed within two business days of your details reaching us, with two rounds of refinements. Guest List & Seating takes three business days, because arranging a few hundred names into a chart properly takes longer than setting a bar list. It still carries the same two rounds, for the replies that always arrive late.
Every piece arrives as a print-perfect PDF at 300 DPI with bleed, at its finished size. Large format signs are best handled by a professional printer. The studio’s printing partners can arrange this, mounting included; email info@thornbloomstudio.com for a quote.

No. There is nothing for you to edit, and no software to learn. You send us your wording and details, our studio sets your signs around them, and a person checks every piece before it's delivered. The artwork and typography stay exactly as designed. You approve a proof before anything is finalized, and a round of refinements is included at that stage.
Partially. The smaller 5×7 and 8×10 signs (Guest Book, Cards & Gifts, Favor, Bar Menu) print cleanly at home on a high-quality six-ink photo printer such as the Epson EcoTank ET-8500 or a comparable Canon PIXMA, using heavyweight matte cardstock (110 to 130lb). The larger 18×24 and 24×36 signs (Welcome, Seating Chart, Timeline, Unplugged) are not practical to print at home. Most home printers can't handle the size, and dark full-bleed artwork needs a press that holds deep saturation. Send these to a large-format printer.

US-to-Canada print shipping is expensive enough that it rarely works out in your favour. For Canadian couples we'd suggest printing the smaller pieces at home on a high-quality six-ink photo printer such as the Epson EcoTank ET-8500 or a comparable Canon PIXMA, on good matte cardstock, and using a Canadian large format printer near you, or the studio's printing partners. Your files are 300 DPI PDFs with bleed marks and work cleanly with any printer's specifications.
Not required. Many couples buy the Day-Of Suite when they already have invitations from elsewhere, or when they're going fully digital with Mobile Invitations. But if you want a matching paper invitation suite, step up to The Reception Deluxe ($149.99, 15 pieces) or The Grand Wedding Suite ($249.99, 27 pieces, which includes all 13 Day-Of pieces plus everything else from envelope to altar, and the ThornBloom Wedding Website free).
The Day-Of Suite is set in two stages, both close to the wedding: your signage at Day-Of Details, one to two months out, and your seating chart at Guest List & Seating, about three weeks out once RSVPs close. After checkout you send us the details for the each stage stage. Your proof follows within two business days of those details reaching us. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy, so nothing runs against you while you gather. Your print-ready files arrive as soon as you approve that proof. Because every piece is set around your names and your date, a stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can't be refunded.
