Your proof arrives within two business days of your wording reaching us. The clock starts when you send it, not when you order, so there’s no rush to have your words settled today. Two rounds of refinements are included, and nothing is final until you say so.
You’ll receive a print-perfect PDF at 300 DPI with bleed marks, yours to keep and to print as often as you like. Want it printed and shipped? The studio arranges that through its printing partners, by quote, to the United States and Canada. After checkout you send us the details for the The Invitation Suite stage. Your proof follows within two business days of those details reaching us. The clock starts when you send them, not when you buy, so nothing runs against you while you gather. Your print-ready files arrive as soon as you approve that proof. Because every piece is set around your names and your date, a stage stays fully refundable while no work has been done; once a proof or your final files have reached you for that stage, it can't be refunded.
