The typography is set in IvyBodoni, a serif with sharper contrast than our standard brand typeface, chosen specifically for the gothic mood of this collection. It renders beautifully at both invitation scale and mobile screen size.
Every piece is set for you by the studio: no editor, no design software, nothing to download. You send your details, the studio personalizes each piece, a person checks it, and you receive print-ready PDFs and digital files once you approve the proof. Save the Date
The save the date sets the aesthetic months before the invitation arrives. Clean, functional, and unmistakably on-brand. The RSVP card uses Antique Cream text on a dark background with amber accents at the section breaks. You tell us how you want each line to read (guest name, attendance confirmation, meal selection, dietary notes) and the studio sets it, and the layout keeps the gothic mood without sacrificing clarity.

Details Card
The details card handles the practical information your guests need (venue directions, accommodation blocks, registry information, dress code), styled entirely within the Dark Romance palette. Mobile Invitation
The digital-first piece for couples who want to extend their dark romance aesthetic beyond paper. The mobile invitation is a vertical-format piece optimized for phone screens, designed to be shared via text message, email, or social media. It carries the same cathedral artwork, the same palette, and the same IvyBodoni typography as the printed pieces, so the aesthetic remains unbroken regardless of how your guests receive it.

The save the date’s digital counterpart, formatted for phone screens and built to be sent by text, email, or message. How Your Dark Romance Suite Is Made
You send your details once per stage (names, date, venue, wording) and the studio sets every piece for you inside the cathedral artwork. There is no account to create, no software to install, and nothing to open and edit. Our guide to how your wedding stationery is personalized walks through the whole process.
Your first proof arrives within two business days of your details reaching us. You review it, and we refine it before anything is finalized. Two revisions are included at every stage, and if the output does not match what you sent us, that is our error and we correct it free. When you approve, your files arrive as 300 DPI PDFs with bleed marks for print, plus high-resolution digital versions for sharing.
Want it printed? Most pieces can be printed and shipped through the studio’s printing partners, by quote. The matte finish absorbs light in a way that makes the oxblood tones feel almost velvety. Beyond the Essentials: What Is Coming
The Essentials Suite is the foundation. Additional Dark Romance pieces are in active development: reception signage, menus, seating charts, place cards, programs, and more.
