You choose your collection and your pieces, and send us your details: names, date, venue, wording. Our studio sets every piece around them, a person checks each one, and you approve a proof before anything is finalized. Then your print-perfect PDFs arrive at 300 DPI with bleed, and most of the lineup can also be printed and shipped through the studio's printing partners. There is nothing for you to edit at any point.

Your proof arrives within two business days of that stage's details reaching us. Often sooner. Guest List & Seating takes three, because arranging a few hundred names properly takes longer than setting an invitation. Your print-ready files follow as soon as you approve the proof. The clock starts when you send your details, never at purchase.

ThornBloom Studio personalizes. It doesn't redesign. Your names, date, venue and wording are set into the design for you, and the artwork, palette and typography stay as they are, because that's what holds a collection together across every piece and what makes it print properly on dark stock. We don't offer one-off custom design work. What we offer instead is a growing library of collections, each one a complete world.

No. ThornBloom Studio personalizes rather than redesigns: we set your details into a collection exactly as it was designed, and we don't take on one-off bespoke commissions or colour changes. New collections are added regularly, so the range grows even though each one stays as it is.

Yes, and most couples don't. Your suite is set in stages as your wedding comes together, so nothing waits on a guest list you don't have. You can order today with just your names and your date, and send everything else as it arrives. Your seating chart and place cards are set from your final list about three weeks before the wedding, once RSVPs have closed.

Whenever you have them. Save-the-dates need only names, date and venue city, send those any time. Your invitation wording and guest addresses usually come 3 to 4 months out. Day-of details like your menu and timeline come 1 to 2 months out. Your guest list and table plan come 2 to 3 weeks out, once RSVPs close. We'll nudge you as each stage approaches, and your first proof arrives within two business days of each one.

Every stage is set from the details you send at that stage, so a change to your menu doesn't affect an invitation that's already printed and posted. If something changes on a piece we've already finalized, we can re-set it. Two revisions are included per piece. A proof comes back within two business days of receiving each stage's details (three for guest-list pieces), and nothing expires, so send your details whenever they are ready.

As long as you need. There's no deadline and no expiry. Send each stage's details whenever you have them, whether that's next month or two years from now. Couples plan a long way ahead, dates move, and engagements stretch; a cutoff would only catch the people who most needed us to still be here. Your order stays open, every stage is set with the same care whenever it arrives, and there's no extra charge for a long gap.

If we haven't started work, you get a full refund, with no deadline on asking. Once a proof or your final files have reached you for a stage, that stage isn't refundable, because a suite set with your names and your date can't be un-set. Your wedding website is delivered at purchase, so it isn't refundable after purchase unless there's a technical fault we can't put right.

We fix it, free, however many times it takes, and it never uses up your included refinements. If what we sent doesn't match what you sent us (a misspelled name, the wrong date, a guest at the wrong table), that's ours to put right, not something you pay for. If it matches and you'd like it changed, that's a round of refinements, which is exactly what they're for.

After purchasing a wedding website, you’ll find a "Wedding Website" section in your account. Fill out one form with your wedding details: names, date, venue, story, schedule, wedding party, accommodations. Your site goes live at your own ThornBloom link, matching your stationery theme. Guests can RSVP, leave guestbook messages, and suggest songs. You manage everything from your dashboard, with CSV export for all responses. Your site starts as your save the date: your names, the date, the city and a countdown, with no address and no RSVP yet. When your invitations go out, switch to the full site from your dashboard, or schedule the switch, and guests keep the same link.

Open your dashboard and choose "Switch to the full website" under What guests see. Before you can switch, your dashboard checks that the full site has what it needs: the exact wedding date, your venue's name, city and state, and an RSVP reply-by date. Once you switch, your full wedding website is live at the same link in minutes, with the RSVP open for replies.

Yes. Pick the date in your dashboard and the switch happens on its own at 9:00 am in your venue's time zone that morning. You can change or cancel it any time before then. If something the full site needs is missing that morning, the switch is held, your save the date stays up, and we email you to say what to add.

Before you switch, guests see a save the date: your names, the date (or the month and year), the city, a countdown, Add to Calendar, up to two photos, a short note from you and, if you choose, your venue's name. The address, the times, the schedule, travel, the registry and the RSVP are not on the page at all. They are not hidden behind a click; they are simply not there until you switch.

Not from your dashboard. Once your full wedding website is live, switching back is something the studio does for you. If plans do change, email info@thornbloomstudio.com and the studio can switch it back for you. Any replies you have already received stay in your dashboard.

No. A save the date asks guests to hold the date, not to answer yet, so ThornBloom keeps the RSVP for the full wedding website. Replies open when you switch, at the same link, and every reply appears in your dashboard.

No. They tap your link and your save the date opens in the browser they already have. No downloads, no logins, no accounts of any kind. The same is true once you switch to the full site.

Not unless you ask it to. Your save the date lives at the same unlisted link as your full site, and every ThornBloom wedding website tells search engines not to list it from the day it goes live. The search setting in your dashboard covers both phases.
